Pursuit Aerospace firmly believes that the healthier our employees become, the happier and more productive they will be both in their professional and personal lives. The first step to becoming healthier is to understand your current health situation and to begin setting personal goals. We are committed to helping you achieve your personal health goals by providing you with the right tools to take control of your health.

By participating in our Wellness Program and completing health-related activities throughout the year, you not only work to improve your health, but can also earn a $624 credit off your medical payroll contributions in for the following year. You must be enrolled in one of the medical plans to receive the credit.

Participation is Easy!

To receive the 2026 credit complete the below three requirements between December 1, 2024 and November 30, 2025.

Those looking to complete their 2025 requirements have until November 30, 2024 to do so.

Mandatory: Complete Both Activities

  1. Annual Physical Exam
  2. Biometric screening or preventive bloodwork

Choose one:

  1. One additional preventive care action:
    • Dental exam/cleaning
    • Vision exam
    • Colonoscopy
    • Mammogram
    • Pap/cervical cancer exam
    • Prostate cancer exam
    • Flu shot
    • Covid vaccine
    • Health coaching through Corporate Fitness & Health (2 visits required)

Most of these services are 100% covered by the plan when you use a network provider as part of your routine preventive care benefits.

Earn a $624 credit

Complete all three and earn a $624 credit off your next year’s medical payroll contributions. Our medical, pharmacy, dental and vision carriers will notify Corporate Fitness & Health, our wellness partner, of your qualified services when occurred so that CF&H can track the 3 requirements needed to receive your credits.
