Pursuit Aerospace firmly believes that the healthier our employees become, the happier and more productive they will be both in their professional and personal lives. The first step to becoming healthier is to understand your current health situation and to begin setting personal goals. We are committed to helping you achieve your personal health goals by providing you with the right tools to take control of your health.
By participating in our Wellness Program and completing health-related activities throughout the year, you not only work to improve your health, but can also earn a $624 credit off your medical payroll contributions in 2025. You must be enrolled in one of the medical plans to receive the credit.
Participation is Easy!
Simply complete the following three requirements between January 1, 2024 and November 30, 2024:
Mandatory: Complete Both Activities
- Annual Physical Exam
- Biometric screening or preventive bloodwork
Choose one:
- One additional preventive care action:
- Dental exam/cleaning
- Colonoscopy
- Mammogram
- Pap/cervical cancer exam
- Prostate cancer exam
- Flu shot
- Covid vaccine
- Health coaching through Corporate Fitness & Health
Most of these requirements are 100% covered by the plan when you use a network provider as part of your routine preventive care benefits.
Earn a $624 credit
Complete all three and earn a $624 credit off your 2025 medical payroll contributions. AmeriBen will notify Corporate Fitness & Health, our wellness partner, when the three requirements are met – there’s nothing you need to do!
